On the face they are fair but men especially young up and coming men are their focus. Older women are forced or younger women are over USED

The work and life balance was good. There were no stay backs and work on weekends which usually is a trend in India. The teamwork was what I liked the most and I got to learn a lot from my seniors. The seniors and coworkers were very cooperative.

I worked as an intern but my payscale was poor even though the workload was equal to a permanent employee.

I was given a travel allowance. Since I was an intern other benefits were not given to me.

I am paid accordingly. I like working with innovative and high intellectual and creative people.
