Full-time Description Property Solutions Inc. in Chicago IL area seeks an Architect/Engineer for Building Due Diligence At Property Solutions Inc., you will conduct Property Condition Assessments and forensic studies to identify and remedy physical deficiencies for existing buildings. For proposed projects, you will conduct review of construction drawings, costs, and cursory review of contracts and schedules. Furthermore, you will conduct Construction Monitoring, where you will be exposed to a wide variety of properties or construction developments, including multi-family, mixed-use developments, commercial properties, office buildings, retail/shopping centers, hotels, and industrial and warehouse buildings.
