Key Responsibilities: Dashboard Design & Delivery * Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards that support: * Design and coordination progress * Model health and quality indicators * Issue/clash metrics and remediation * Program- and project-level KPIs across a multi-site portfolio * Create construction administration dashboards that track: * Submittals (status, cycle times, responsible parties, bottlenecks) * RFIs (volume, response times, trends by discipline/location) * Daily reports / field reports (labor, quantities, weather impacts, safety, key events) * Translate stakeholder questions into clear visuals, metrics, and layouts that support real decisions. * Support project teams during setup and key milestones, iterating dashboards based on feedback. Data Connections, APIs & Modeling * Connect Power BI to a range of systems and data sources, such as: * ACC / CDEs, Revit model exports and schedules, Navisworks/coordination outputs * Construction administration systems (for RFIs, submittals, daily reports, field data) * Scheduling tools - especially Primavera P6 (planned vs. actual, critical path views, look-ahead dashboards) * Financial and procurement systems - including Unifier and Hexagon Smart Materials for: * Commitments, invoices, and change orders * Procurement status, material tracking, and delivery milestones * Use APIs or automated data pipelines (where available) to enable: * Direct connections from these platforms into Power BI * Automatic refreshes with minimal manual intervention * Develop and maintain data models, relationships, and DAX measures, and troubleshoot data quality and refresh issues. Standards, Templates & Reuse * Develop standard dashboard templates for recurring use cases, including: * Construction admin dashboards (RFIs, submittals, daily reports) * Scheduling dashboards (P6 integration) * Financial/procurement dashboards (Unifier, Smart Materials) * Define and document standard measures, naming conventions, and visual patterns to ensure consistent reporting across programs and clients. * Maintain lightweight documentation and handover guides so dashboards can be adopted and scaled. Join us at Jacobs as an Instrumentation & Controls Project Manager where you'll provide project management services for Instrumentation and Control (I&C) / Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system implementation projects in the drinking water and wastewater industry. Using your experience, your primary focus will be management of regional I&C / SCADA projects across the Northwest, including master planning, design, and SCADA software programming. As a Data Center Estimating Professional and part of our Advanced Manufacturing team, you'll serve as a leader and technical expert in estimating primarily emphasizing in Data Centers. You'll also be a key member of our team for various types of clients including industrial, chemical, pulp & paper, general manufacturing, electric vehicles and pharmaceutical facilities. You'll develop and execute the strategy and plan for estimating activities that support the overall proposal strategy for project requirements. We'll help you thrive, pursue, and fulfill what inspires you - so we can make big impacts on the world, together. * Minimum of ten years progressive experience with increasing responsibility in an estimating role for industrial project execution or a project management role executing industrial projects in the field. * Estimating and Construction experience in Mechanical and Electrical disciplines in Data Centers * Experience with Cost-OS, Sage Estimating (Timberline) or similar estimating software platforms. * Demonstrated understanding of estimating organizational structure and process, including quantity takeoff, crew development, productivity relationships, material quotations, contingency/risk, knowledge of markup structures and estimate documentation. Ideally, You'll Also Have: * Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, project management or related technical field. * Professional experience within the markets of either EV/Batteries or Specialty Chemicals * Proficient in quantitative risk analysis using software including @Risk and Monte Carlo. * Experience with Aspen CCE or other parametric tools. * Active membership in AACE, PMI, or similar association. Your role will be working with our team of Revit Technicians, Designers, Engineers and Architects designing and drafting drawings for various facility design projects applying diversified knowledge of Revit and Autocad software and practices to prepare construction drawings for MEP systems. * At least 7 years of experience using Revit and Autocad for buildings-related designs * BS Degree reduces this requirement by 1-2 years * Proficient in creating and updating templates and project set-up in Revit * Familiar with working with central files and local files * Be able to manage work-sets, control visibility, and be familiar in using various parameters in Revit families and schedules * Good written and verbal skills Ideally You'll Also Have: * Strong skills with Revit 2017 & 2018, BIM360, Autodesk, BIM 360 GLUE and Navisworks * US Citizen Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
