We're looking for a high-energy, Plumbing Engineer to join our Building Mechanical team and help deliver innovative Plumbing design solutions for our heavy industrial clients. You will work alongside our team of engineers and designers performing field investigations, interfacing with clients & vendors, sizing and selecting equipment, and preparing construction design packages.
You'll be accountable for the schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks as you gain familiarity with the client's expectations, scope, budget, and schedule. You'll work with a multi-discipline, highly interactive team to establish to meet the needs of our clients. Your role keeps our company connected, and we'll support you with what you need to be successful. Highlights of your contributions will include:
* Development of the design criteria for the Plumbing systems.
* Layout and design of Plumbing systems including sanitary sewer, process sewer, potable water, hot water, natural gas, and roof drainage.
* Development of final design documents including specifications associated with these systems.
* Coordination with other disciplines.

Ideally, You'll Also Have:
* Software experience in Revit.

We are seeking an experienced Photonic Integrated Circuit (PIC) TestEngineer to test, evaluate and analyze the photonic devices for market and internal quantum applications.This role will collaborate closely with the PIC design and fabrication team to iterate and optimize out internal PDK, customized devices. The test work should be summarized to debug with design team and fabrication team.Key ResponsibilitiesTesting & Characterization
Oversee optical and electrical characterization of fabricated PICs, analyzing performance against design targets.
Identify and implement design or process improvements based on test data.
Develop automated test procedures where applicable.
Skill in optical and electrical characterization techniques (Laser swept system, OSA, VNA/LCA, interferometry, etc.)
Collaboration
Collaborate with the fabrication team to estimate the fabrication robustness of the PDK and customized design.
Collaborate with the design team to analyze each fab run and iterate for next run.
Required Qualifications
Ph.D. or master's degree in electrical engineering, Applied Physics, Photonics, or related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience in PIC test on fiber optics and free space optics.
1+ years of experience with high-speed EOM Characterization with VNA/LCA.
Programming skills for data analysis and automation (Python, MATLAB).
Strong knowledge of waveguide theory, coupling mechanisms, electrical and photonic device physics.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in quantum and nonlinear photonic systems or related applications.
Experience in packaged hybrid photonic/electronic chip test.

In This Role You Will:
Assist in the completion of make ready units to Mark-Taylor standards and maintains adequate supply of make-ready units for the Community.
Trouble-shoot, diagnose and correct minor air conditioning and/or heating failures, appliance repairs, electrical problems, plumbing problems, minor carpentry, and drywall repairs.
Perform necessary repairs and preventative maintenance on vacant units as they become available.
Perform daily pool care, assures pool is in proper chemical balance and area is free of safety concerns.
Complete minor roof repairs, re-key locks, and cut keys
Inspect the property for safety hazards that may pose a liability and corrects the hazard to inform the Manager of Facilities and Service of the hazard.
Share on-call duty with Manager of Facilities and Service, and service team members and is readily available to go the property if needed and in uniform/badge.
Assist in monitoring inventory of parts and cleaning supplies.

What You'll Do:
* Design and document telecommunications systems for advanced facilities, including Outside Plant (OSP), backbone distribution systems, communication room layouts, rack elevations, wired and wireless device plans, and cable schedules.
* Use Revit (and occasionally AutoCAD) to create fully coordinated 3D BIM models across all design disciplines (C, S, A, M, E, P, T, I, L).
* Produce 2D construction drawings and ensure designs meet NEC, TIA, and other industry standards.
* Collaborate with designers, discipline leads, architects, and engineers to deliver accurate, constructible solutions.

* Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows.

* Two-year technical degree or four-year non-technical degree
* At least 3 years of relevant experience in telecommunications design and construction industry
* Knowledge and application of BICSI (Building Industry Consulting Services International) design practices
* Knowledge & application of NFPA 70 (NEC) as applicable to telecommunications design requirements
* Knowledge & application of Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) standards
* Experience leading telecommunications design team
* Knowledge of design and construction specifications
* Experience estimating and scheduling small to medium sized projects
Ideally, you'll also have:
* Associates or Bachelor's degree
* At least 3 years of telecommunications design experience for semiconductor, data center, or advanced manufacturing facilities
* Project management experience
* Working knowledge of Revit and Navisworks design software platforms
* Knowledge and design experience with paging, intercom and audio visual systems
* Knowledge and design experience with life safety and security systems
* Knowledge of control systems and network topology
* One of more of the following certifications: RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer), DCDC (Data Center Design Consultant), OSP (Outside Plant) or RTPM (Registered Telecommunications Project Manager)
