Collaborates with regional agencies to ensure transit grants are appropriately identified in the Metropolitan and State Transportation Improvement Program.Reviews and files contractor and subrecipient documents to verify compliance and suitability with federal and state regulations and grant funding requirements. Coordinates District compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VI, Federal and State compliance, and paratransit and demand services evaluations.Tracks, records, and analyzes ridership data for reporting; ensures reports include appropriate statistical analysis and include analysis on routes and ridership performance.Coordinates with District departments to promote new routes and route changes. Observes and complies with all District and mandated safety rules, regulations, and protocols.Performs other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience: Any combination of training and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required qualifications would be: Education:Equivalent to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in planning, public administration, business management, or related field. Experience:Two (2) years of experience in grants administration, transportation planning, public finance, or a related field.

Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for Sedentary Work. May require walking or standing to a significant degree or requires sitting most of the time but entails pushing and/or pulling of arm or leg controls; and/or may require working at a production rate pace entailing the constant pushing and/or pulling of materials even though the weight of materials is negligible.
