They did offer a 401k with a partial match. The PTO accumulates quickly. Employees have great communication with each other and tend to help one another. There is good life/work balance if you know to go to H.R. to make accomodations.
Middle management is often inept, especially in consumer services luxury bath. They give instructions to do things a certain way then get irritated when you do it the way you'd been told and not the new way you hadn't been informed about. My manager was extremely unprofessional. The parking is hideous. If you don't arrive by 6:30 A.M., you will have to park 1/4 mile away. Management tends to have favorites and lets it be known who they don't care for.
