Mr. Regazzi has been Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the Company since April 2006. Since joining Giga-tronics in 2001 he has held the position of President and General Manager, Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Engineering. Previous experience includes 22 years at Hewlett Packard and Agilent Technologies in various design and management positions associated with their microwave sweeper and synthesizer product lines. His final position at Agilent Technologies was as a senior engineering manager. Mr. Regazzi is known across the industry for his RF and Microwave expertise in military and aerospace applications. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University.

Kaylie is a student University of Mississippi graduating in 2021 and is based in Oxford, Mississippi. She is a Student Worker at CIE Ole Miss and Chief Executive Officer at HEARTWARE INTERNATIONAL, INC.. Kaylie attended Southport High School between 2014 and 2018.

Mike brings over 20 years of medical device industry experience to Sonitus. Prior to joining Sonitus in June 2012, Mike accumulated broad cross-functional experience in medical device companies of various sizes with products in diverse therapeutic areas. Mike served as Senior Vice President of Science, Technology & Operations for Ventus Medical where he led the R&D, manufacturing, clinical, quality, regulatory and reimbursement functions for this venture-backed company with a novel device for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea. While at Ventus, Mike led the organization through several product launches, the completion and publication of 7 clinical studies, and the scaling up of manufacturing to support commercial launch. Mike also held vice president level positions in R&D and operations in the Cardiac Surgery business units of Guidant, Boston Scientific and Maquet. Additionally, Mike held various positions in the Cardiac Rhythm Management business of Guidant including leadership roles in R&D and project management as well as roles in field clinical, design and manufacturing engineering. Mike received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.

Her responsibilities include the strategic direction of the management team, global operations and overseeing the attracting, developing and retention of talent to enhance the growth of Hyde’s diverse and inclusive organization. Kerren began her career with Hyde in 1998, advancing with the company in various roles of increasing responsibility. Her experience in nearly every aspect of the business including Operations, Business Development, Human Resources, Quality, Safety and IT has been exponential in understanding all the moving parts of operational oversight. As a hands-on leader, Kerren guides Hyde by cultivating an ‘attitude of gratitude’. She is driven, collaborative, visionary. and passionate about people, Kerren embodies Hyde’s mission to foster a collaborative culture and exceed client expectations while continuing to invest in the industry’s foremost engineering professionals. In her spare time, Kerren enjoys spending time with her two daughters, singing, playing violin and piano, and kickboxing.
