What You'll Do
As a Manufacturing Press Technician, you'll be a key player in our production process, ensuring quality products while maintaining our equipment and safety standards.
Quality & Precision
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Monitor product quality and stop production when standards aren't met
Maintain accurate production and quality records in our computer systems
Equipment & Maintenance
Perform preventive maintenance: lubrication, safety checks, and minor repairs
Keep work areas clean and safe from debris, oil, and hazards
Operate and maintain press equipment following established procedures
Material Management
Safely operate forklifts and overhead hoists
Load/unload raw materials and verify material specifications
Transport materials efficiently in pedestrian and confined areas
Technical Skills
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Use Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems and charts
Document production data accurately in operating systems
What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Manufacturing experience OR demonstrated mechanical skills
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Commitment to safety and environmental procedures
Preferred Experience:
Previous press operation experience
Forklift certification (training provided if needed)

About This Role
We are seeking a CMM Programmer to join our Quality Lab team on first shift. This role focuses on inspecting metal stamped and machined parts at various production stages, ensuring products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
What You'll Do
Customer Partnership & Product Development
Perform first piece, in-process, and receiving inspections using hand inspection tools and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)
Measure parts to customer specifications and document inspection data
Communicate inspection results clearly to engineering, manufacturing departments, and customer technical personnel
Support Engineering, New Product Development, R&D, and Manufacturing departments with quality initiatives
Assist with contamination testing, gage R&R studies, and SPC capability studies
Support Quality Department activities including corrective actions, quality audits, training, PPAP, PFMEA, and customer complaint resolution
Learn to program and edit existing CMM programs

Required

Plant Administration Coordinator - Menasha Paper Mill
With direction from the Mill Manager and the Division Financial group, the position manages the administrative functions for production cost analysis, payroll, accounts payable and receivable. This individual will work proactively and cooperatively with the mill management team to develop strategic plans, cost reduction initiatives, and process improvement plans by providing business analysis and strategic planning guidance. * Develop and maintain safety programs for administrative employees. Ensure compliance with plant safety rules.
* Ensure timely purchasing of goods and services while managing orders and maintaining accurate records of purchases and invoices. This includes evaluating suppliers for quality and reliability.
* Preparing analyses and reports for accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and inventory as scheduled or requested on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
* Seek, create, and/or modify programs and reports to improve efficiency in various administrative tasks. Implement new procedures as required by corporate or division staff.

We are currently seeking a Plant Engineer to join our Menasha team!
You will Plan, organize, and direct the Menasha Mill maintenance department activities to ensure employee safety, proper preventative maintenance and maximum uptime and efficiency in all areas of the mill.
What you'll be doing:
Supervise the daily activities of (all trades) millwrights, electricians, maintenance coordinators and pipefitters; oversee the work of other support crafts as needed.
Continually improve safety results by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety behaviors. Ensure that all health and safety guidelines are followed by all employees.
Direct maintenance department to eliminate physical safety hazards that have been turned in by employees. Lead residual risk reduction activities as needed.
Manage and execute capital efficiently, timely and on budget.
Manage hourly craft schedules and prioritize work.
Lead the maintenance branch of the mill's continuous improvement program.
Lead the apprenticeship selection process & development from educational opportunities.
Gain in-depth understanding of the process flow at the mill.
Develop and manage the annual maintenance budget. Participate in monthly forecasting meetings and report any positive or negative variances from budget.
Make tours daily checking for maintenance problems, conferring with production personnel regarding work orders and inspecting jobs being carried out.
Ensure that maintenance work is carried out at a minimum cost in labor, materials, and lost production.
Maintain the mill preventative maintenance program, including vibration analysis, electrical equipment maintenance, IR scanning, and medium voltage testing.
Perform troubleshooting when equipment is not operating properly. Lead root cause and corrective action team meetings to eliminate repeat failures.
Maintain harmonious relations with employees by administering contract provisions and company policies to avoid breach of contract, to ensure conformance to work rules and regulations and to administer appropriate disciplinary measures when necessary.
Manage outside contracted labor resources for projects or repairs including price bidding, review of staffing requirements, and daily work direction.
Plan and oversee machine maintenance outages for staffing of internal and external labor requirements, proper job scope and critical time path adherence.
Supervise operation of the storeroom and ensure critical spare parts are available.
Manage all necessary inspections, including, but not limited to, calibration testing, SPCC for mill oil systems, pressure vessel inspections, safety relief valve testing, crane inspections, fire system inspections, water inspections, sling & hoist inspections, and ensure adherence to NFPA 70E, etc.
Issue purchase requisitions for outside services, machine parts and contracted labor.
Participate in the investment process by estimating equipment and installation costs. Recommend equipment for investment based on replacement needs, ROI, and risk. Perform project management duties for installation of investments.
Maintain complete engineering files for all proposed and installed projects.
Sustain 5S results in shop areas.
Track and monitor KPI's including but not limited to breakdown loss hours, planning effectiveness, shutdown timeline compliance, labor utilization, and cycle counts. Generate improvement projects as needed.

You'll be responsible for surface grinding, cylindrical grinding, and form grinding of precision tools that drive our production capabilities. This role demands expertise in wheel selection, dressing techniques, and maintaining sub-micron accuracy on hardened materials. Working in our temperature-controlled environment, you'll use measuring equipment to verify dimensional accuracy while managing grinding parameters to prevent heat distortion and maintain surface finish specifications.
What You'll Do
Core Machining Operations:
Setup and operate manual and precision grinding machines to process parts per customer specifications
Setup, program, and operate CNC lathes to produce precision tooling
Plan work sequences and determine cutting parameters (feeds, speeds, depths)
Work to close tolerances using precision measuring instruments
Programming & Setup:
Write and edit CNC programs
Calculate dimensional relationships and input data to machine controllers
Develop custom holding fixtures and "soft" jaws for non-standard parts
Tool & Equipment Management:
Select appropriate cutting tools and maintain tool inventory
Perform preventive maintenance on CNC equipment
