I have spent my career as a strategic, business partner to help drive performance. My experience includes planning and leading initiatives to drive results. Expertise includes leading financial operations in a CFO role at both business unit and regional levels. Career progressed to senior corporate leader implementing fundamental and transformation changes across the enterprise including revenue management, shared services, business process management, technology, and integration planning for largest industry merger.

I gained many insights from a largely decentralized, entrepreneurial company that grew substantially and transitioned to a more functional and centralized model of operation. My skills and experience are transferable to diverse industry segments, as well as start-ups to mid-sized organizations.

I work well up and down the organization and across functions. A newer executive that I worked for said, “I have relied on David as a thought partner as someone I count on to give me different and unique perspectives.” Also, retired Vice Chairman, President and COO commented, “More than a numbers man he is a true leader - a person that can transform a vision to a business reality.” I like to partner with people to create greater value and capabilities.

I am passionate about learning and gaining a deep understanding of operations. I leverage data, analytics, and insights to frame the most important decisions. I help to innovate, solve problems, and prioritize initiatives. I have raised accountability by linking strategic plans to KPI's and tying them to functional teams, business units, and individual performance goals. I love to teach and develop people. My ambition is add value and positively impact the lives around me.

Michael and his wife have been married since 1998 and they have three children. Michael’s greatest passions include being the best husband and father God has called him to be, loving and encouraging others in the name of Jesus and helping lead his family’s business.
