Overview:
Manage the store in absence of Store Manager while completing the Manager Training Program
Responsibilities
Demonstrate leadership in driving sales and profitability by achieving or exceeding all established store and individual goals. Personally, demonstrate high level of customer service
Assist Store Manager/Assistant Manager with communicating the store's operational goals and directives to maximize the store teams' contributions towards meeting the sales plan
Assist Store Manager in monitoring and evaluating individual performance in the following areas: sales volume, hourly production, unit per transaction (UPTs), charge accounts and loss prevention
Demonstrate proper leadership skills to assist Store Manager in managing the store's staff, as necessary
Ability to demonstrate timely execution and compliance of floor set guides and promotions
Assist Store Manager/Assistant Manager in directing and maintaining merchandise presentation according to Visual Merchandising standards and current floor set
Recognize, understand and communicate customer merchandise needs and recognize when the store's merchandise assortment meets, and fails to meet, these needs
Work with the Store Manager to ensure markdowns and transfers are completed correctly and in a timely manner
Assist Store/Assistant Manager in ensuring store meets Company standards for cleanliness, both on the sales floor and in the stockroom

Overview: As an Assistant Manager, you are to manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager. A non-exempt position that assists in the day-to-day running of the store.

Responsibilities
Assist Store Manager in ensuring store meets Company standards for cleanliness, both on the sales floor and in the stockroom
Effectively set up sales/promotions with proper signing in a timely manner
Properly process register functions and ensure they are properly followed in the store
Ability to demonstrate timely execution and compliance of floor set guides and promotions

We're looking for a passionate and client-focused Pandora Jewelry Sales Specialist to join our team at REEDS. What You'll Do
Client Experience
* Provide exceptional service at every step of the customer journey
* Create personalized shopping experiences and build lasting client relationships
* Educate clients on Pandora's product offerings and brand story
* Maintain a polished, welcoming, and engaging presence on the sales floor
Sales Performance
* Achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals
* Stay informed on product knowledge, promotions, and visual standards
* Drive repeat business through clienteling and follow-up strategies
* Support store events and promotional activities
Store Operations
* Assist with merchandising and maintaining visual standards
* Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently
* Uphold cleanliness and organization of both front and back of house
* Follow store policies and security procedures

Required Qualifications
* Retail or hospitality experience, preferably in jewelry or luxury sales
* Enthusiasm for the Pandora and REEDS brands
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfort working in a fast-paced and team-driven environment
* Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
* Jewelry product knowledge or GIA coursework
* Passion for storytelling, personal expression, and client connections
