Currently serves as Chief Product Officer, leading the global product development group and managing cross-functional engineering teams to produce the quality software that our customers expect. With teams across the globe the product group is able to respond to our customer base in a way not seen before at Jama. He's brought a strategy of fully remote product development teams to Jama allowing employees to work from where they are most productive, and still create cohesive teams. Before coming to Jama, Josh served in multiple leadership roles at the following companies: Cherwell Software, eMerchandise Group, LogicNow, DataFive, and 10-4 Systems.

Colleen Yeager is an Interim CFO at Jama Software and is based in Portland Oregon Area. She has worked as Accounting Manager at HEWLETT PACKARD ENTERPRISE CO, Accounting Manager at Tripwire, and Assistant Controller at Tripwire. Colleen attended University of Florida between 1993 and 1997 and North Carolina State University between 2000 and 2002.

Tom oversees Jama’s strategic customers and leads the go-to-market activities associated with acquiring new customers. He leverages his expertise in identifying new product opportunities and new markets while leading go-to-market strategies and positioning. He offers to Jama a customer-first approach and proven track record of driving accelerated growth and profitability across businesses-ranging from initial product introductions to managing over $50M in annual revenues. Most recently, Tom has been managing AI offerings across neural networks, computer vision AI, as well as NLP & NLU. Earlier, Tom worked in medical devices at Abbott Laboratories and Olympus Surgical and is graduate of Bentley University and holds an MBA from Babson College.
