I liked the ability to have a flexible schedule. My coworkers were like a family.

What DON'T You Like About Working There?

the manager would usually tolerate customers abusing staff verbally. They didn't offer any masks at the start of the covid pandemic. They didn't fix things on time in the store.

What Do You Like About Working There?

The job itself is very easy and very little to no stress up to an assistant manager Position. My DM was very involved on a store level not only just with the GMs but also with AGM and even with me as a lead and you can build a very good work relationship with them

What DON'T You Like About Working There?

(Personal experience) GMs seem very stressed at times which leads to them not lasting very long, my location especially. I use to work at jamba for about 2 years and I’ve been through 4 GMs, probably like 5 different teams all together. Proper staffing is just a big issue not only at my location but at a lot of other ones as well. Also sometimes it feels like all jamba cares about is money. Oh and also our door bell ring noise causes me and my team PTSD. I hear it all the time on my way home

What Are Your Favorite Benefits/Perks?

Personal and vacation hours and decent bonuses

Ex Jamba Juice employee here. Doesn't the noise of the blenders ever drive you insane? Every time the store would be empty for awhile, and then we got a customer, when the high pitched blender sound started up again, I felt like screaming in agony. Also, I invented Lime Dream Machines. They are amazing.

You mean the Endless Lime? Lemonade, soymilk, lime sherbet and fro yo right? There's this cute little girl who shares me name and always asks for one! You made a good smoothie. :) As for the blenders, I want to damn them all to hell. the noise doesn't bother me so much as they NEVER BLEND. The blades get stuck and the smoothie separates and we have to shake up the mixture and put it on a different blender and then THAT STILL DOESN'T BLEND AND ITS SO AWKWARD AND EMBARRASSING I AM JUST TRYING TO BLEND THIS GODDAMN SMOOTHIE AGH. I hate the carrot juice machine more than the blenders.

Which smoothie is the easiest to make? Which is the hardest to make? Are there many people who ask for something on the Jamba Juice [secret menu](http://www.juicingforweightloss.com/blog/jamba-juice-secret-menu)? Have you made any of these? Do you like your job? I love Jamba Juice.

Sixteen Strawberries Wild I will whip that *** out for you in 30 seconds or less. Other really easy ones: Basically all the classic smoothies besides the BananaBerry and the Aloha Pineapple, all of the creamy treats. Very easy patterns. classics are usually juice, 2 scoops sherbet, 3 scoops fruits. I am also getting good at making the White Gummi! The hardest to make is The Chunky Strawberry Topper! Oh god I dread these. There's just a lot of back and forth with preparing one, and it hurts so bad to bang the blender to get it out. I have cried once because my arms were in a lot of pain from doing it. As for the secret menu I'd say about 75% of the smoothies ordered are from the secret menu. White Gummi is the most popular secret menu drink by far. I love making secret menu drinks! They are so fun and it's cool to see which crazy mixes of ingredients can make such awesome flavors. This has been my first job, and I honestly love it. I get along with all of my coworkers and managers. Sometimes we have some workplace drama because a lot of my other coworkers don't like certain managers and such, but I try not to get involved. Plus my managers have covered my *** so many times. I probably should've been fired by now lol. I couldn't have asked for a better first job. :)
