Tutors, currently enrolled students from area colleges and universities, are trained to use specific methodologies and materials to work with AVID students. The VP of Business Development will be a seasoned leader and advisor, with proven experience partnering with clinicians in oncology and across multiple therapeutic areas. They will be responsible for setting sales targets and marketing goals. Their job duties include developing production and sales goals, driving the overall monetary health of the organization, obtaining new contracts, and overseeing a sales executive and a sales operations team.
