This individual will report to the General Manager of the plant and supervise a team of Plant Workers. Responsibilities: Overall Shop Supervision - Assure overall quality of shop fabrication. Field check projects when needed. Assure competent operation of welding related equipment including but not limited to CNC beam line, Plasma machine, Lay-Out table, CNC angle line, Ironworker machine, hydraulic punches, plate shear, plate rolls, torches, marvel saws, paint sprayer, and fork trucks.
