Responsibilities: ● Review pick lists and gather products from designated locations in the warehouse according to order specifications. ● Utilize computer software to track order progress, update inventory levels, and ensure accurate order fulfillment. ● Pack products securely and neatly for delivery to customers, paying attention to special handling instructions and packaging requirements. ● Implement product changes in the warehouse as directed by management, including restocking new items, removing discontinued products, and updating inventory records. ● Fulfill coffee orders by selecting and packaging coffee products according to customer requirements. ● Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse, including shelving units, storage areas, and packing stations. ● Assist with inventory counts and audits as needed to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards. ● Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently. ● Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including proper lifting techniques, handling hazardous materials, and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). ● Communicate any issues, discrepancies, or concerns with warehouse management promptly and effectively. ● Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations in the warehouse. Qualifications: ● Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred. ● Ability to read and interpret pick lists and follow written instructions accurately. ● Proficiency in using computer software for order tracking and inventory management. ● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. ● Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. ● Excellent communication and teamwork skills. ● Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or overtime hours as needed. ● Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred. ● Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification is a plus.
