Job Summary
We are seeking a courteous and dependable Donation Center Attendant to manage our donation drop-off area at our Hermitage, PA. Goodwill store. This role is crucial in providing a positive experience for donors while ensuring donations are handled efficiently. The ideal candidate is physically capable, customer-focused, and committed to regular attendance.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist donors with a friendly and professional attitude.
Accept, sort, and organize donated items in the donation center.
Ensure donations meet Goodwill's quality standards and are properly stored.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized donation area.
Provide donors with receipts and information about Goodwill's mission.
Collaborate with team members to transport donations to the processing area.
Answer donor questions and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Reliable with a commitment to punctuality and consistent attendance.
No criminal background that would be unsuitable for a retail environment (background check required).
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Previous experience in customer service or donation processing is a plus but not required.

Reporting to the Coordinator of Tutoring, tutors are dedicated to the pursuit of academic excellence. Tutors assist students by clarifying course content and offering study skills, test taking strategies, and general encouragement and support. Work hours will vary and are not guaranteed. Transcripts are required for those who earned a degree from a college/university other than Butler County Community College.
Peer tutors must have completed at least 12 credit hours of undergraduate course work, 9 credits of which must be in non-developmental or non-preparatory courses. They also must have a minimum G.P.A. of 2.8 and a final grade of A or B in the course(s) they wish to tutor. Associate Tutors have an associate's degree or 76 or more credit hours. Professional Tutors are those with a bachelor's degree or above.

Positions Scope
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) provides the day-to-day nursing care of the clients and ensures their safe care throughout the withdrawal management process according to Alpine Springs policies and procedures, federal and state laws and regulations, the PA Health Department, DDAP and CARF standards.
Responsibilities:
Works collaboratively with the Lead Nurse and the Medical Director to accomplish all departmental goals.
Manage and order nursing supplies.
Monitor clients medications.
Maintain records and reports including documenting progress of detox clients.
Monitor clients to ensure safety.
Monitor clients through a safe detox.
Maintain a safe environment for storage of narcotics.
Ability to conduct alcohol and other drug related ASAM assessments during admission; and on-going.
Ability to take doctors orders accurately.
Ability to administer medications to clients independently.
Monitor withdrawal symptoms in detox clients.
Monitor confidentiality at all times.
Complete inspections of all medical supplies and medications.
Maintain and meet Environment of Care standards.
Participates in performance management activities including client complaints and incident reporting.
Participates in the implementation and maintenance of the CARF standards through scheduled management meetings.
Provide direction to nursing staff.
Schedule nursing staff appropriately.
Ensure Pre-certifications and Insurance Reviews are completed by nursing staff.
Occasional travel to the Linesville location will be required.
Any duties as assigned dictated by the needs of the business.
Pay Range: Starting pay for LPN is $30.00/an hour & the starting pay for RN is $35.00/an hour.
Weekend Nurse Weekly Schedule/Hours of Work: Depending on the needs of the business, the following weekend nurse schedule is available
Sat-Sun 7pm-7am/every week.
Alpine Springs operates on a 24 hours per day and 7 days per week schedule. Employees are assigned shifts to accommodate these hours. All employees are expected to be flexible and understand that they may be asked to work different shifts/ at different sites to aid in covering the hours of the company.

Valid PA LPN or RN licensure.
