Key Responsibilities: * Develop and oversee remediation strategies for sites impacted by current and legacy contamination. * Manage consultants and contractors to execute remediation projects safely and efficiently. * Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies (EPA, state environmental departments) and community stakeholders regarding cleanup and remediation activities. * Review technical documentation including sampling plans, remediation designs, and regulatory reports. * Monitor project performance, budgets, consultant efficiency and timelines. * Support release incident response, investigation and root cause analysis. * Lead the development and execution of environmental release prevention programs across manufacturing sites. * Conduct site assessments to identify potential spill and release risks and recommend mitigation strategies. * Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to design and implement controls that minimize environmental release risks. * Monitor and analyze environmental release data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. * Support training programs on environmental release prevention (including SPCC and SWPPP training programs for site personnel). * Review and standardize SPCC plans for all applicable facilities in accordance with EPA regulations (40 CFR Part 112, and coordinate with a PE as required). * Ensure proper secondary containment, spill response equipment, and facility design features are in place and maintained by each facility. * Ensure inspection programs are in place to perform SPCC audits of tanks, piping, containment systems, and loading/unloading areas. * Collaborate with environmental team on review and submission of NPDES/SPDES permitting and implementation of site permitting requirements. * Review and standardize site-specific SWPPP documentation for all applicable sites in compliance with EPA and state stormwater regulations (e.g., NPDES/SPDES permits). * Assist environmental team and site to ensure systems are in place to monitor and document stormwater sampling, visual inspections, and corrective actions. * Develop and standardize the following: * Stormwater assessments and inspections of chemical manufacturing operations, including storage areas, loading docks, and waste handling zones. * Assessments for identifying potential sources of stormwater pollution and recommendations of engineering and administrative controls. * Best management practices (BMPs) to be used by applicable sites to comply with SWPPP requirements. * Stay current with federal, state, and local regulations related to spill prevention and stormwater pollution prevention. * Responsible for monitoring development of the CWA Hazardous Substance Facility Response Plans regulation. Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Geology, or related field. * 7+ years of experience in environmental remediation, preferably within chemical manufacturing or industrial settings. * Strong understanding of RCRA, SPCC, NPDES permitting, SWPPP development, chemical processes and remediation technologies. * Proven experience managing complex remediation projects and regulatory interactions. * Excellent leadership, analytical communication, and project management skills. * Proficiency in environmental modeling software, GIS, and data analysis tools. * Professional certifications (e.g., PE, CHMM) is a plus. * Experience with secondary containment design and spill response planning. * Experience with developing and standardizing identified compliance programs. Role and Function details: The Senior Division Order Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely setup and maintenance of ownership records in support of oil and gas revenue distribution. The SDOA must have a deep understanding of legal documentation, title opinions, and complex ownership structures. The SDOA will lead efforts to analyze, interpret, and maintain division of interest (DOI) records, working closely with the Senior Landman and contract landmen as well as Legal and Accounting departments to ensure revenue and royalty payments are made correctly. Additionally, the SDOA will work with the Owner Relations Specialist in processing ownership transfers and handling owner inquiries. Duties and responsibilities: Review and interpret title opinions, deeds, leases, probate documents, assignments, and other legal instruments to determine ownership of mineral, royalty, and working interests. Analyze and resolve ownership issues including curative title requirements, particularly productions requirements, identified in the title opinions. Create and maintain divisions of interests for our operated properties and any non-operated properties. Work closely with accounting to ensure they receive the divisions of interest or ownership changes in a timely manner to ensure proper payment of revenue. Work with the Owner Relations Specialist to ensure owner questions are answered promptly and accurately, and to ensure we received adequate documentation to make owner changes. Work with the Owner Relations Specialist to prepare and send out Division/Transfer Orders based on document analysis. Promote and maintain good communications with partners, operators, producers and royalty owners Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: 8+ years of experience as a Division Order Analyst or 5+ years' experience as a Landman specifically with East Texas title analyzation and interest calculations Possess competency in computer input of Land / Revenue (Division of Interest & Joint Interest updates) Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to multitask and shift priorities readily Strong interpersonal and communications skill Preferred: Bachelor's degree Certification through NADOA Excalibur land software experience is strongly preferred but will train! Job Overview: This role, reporting to the Sales Director within the Precision Science and Technologies division at Ingersoll Rand, is responsible for leading OEM sales across North America (U.S. and Canada) for three brands: Ingersoll Rand Pump (IRP), MP Pump, and Oberdorfer Pump. The position focuses on driving growth and market penetration for rotary positive displacement and single-stage centrifugal pumps used across multiple industries, including chemical, petrochemical, transportation, energy, medical, construction, and agriculture. Responsibilities: * Determine sales strategies and goals for the region, fostering market penetration and growth to achieve ambitious sales targets. * Identify, select, develop, and support OEMs. * Develop strong OEM relationships, going high-wide-deep within organizations to build mindshare. * Provide valuable feedback to the Sales Director on OEM needs, competitive offerings, pricing strategy, and initiatives. * Lead pricing negotiations, technical specifications, and formal quotation processes for significant deals, ensuring effective execution by supporting OEMs. * Utilize CRM to track the status of inquiries, quotes, bids, and customer interactions, for streamlined sales process. * Qualify leads and conduct regular Business Reviews to assess performance. * Maintain up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that affect target markets. * Develop and deliver sales presentations. * Manage sales and product training programs. * Participate in sales forecasting and planning. Requirements: * Bachelors Degree in a Mechanical/Chemical Engineer or Business/Marketing with proven technical competence. A strong chemical, O&G, or water treatment background. * 5+ years of experience in the industrial process industry in a sales or business development capacity. Preference for OEM experience. Must be skilled at collaborating closely with customers in their development/ validation processes and guide pump specification and selection process favorably. * Familiarity with broad markets, competitive pricing, and OEM channels. * Previous experience inclusive of prospecting, securing, and managing large OEMs with annual sales over $250,000. Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements * Fully remote position, with 40% to 60% overnight travel required. * Candidate must live in USA with easy access to a major airport. * Requires the ability to travel to Canada The total pay range for this role, not including incentive opportunities, is $110,000-$130,000 The pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that include a candidate's skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and geographic location. Hired applicant will be eligible to receive (discretionary/nondiscretionary) annual bonuses and incentive compensation.
