Partner with VP of Wholesale to align wholesale targets with company-wide inventory and margin objectives. Cash Flow Modeling Build and maintain merchandise-related cash flow models to support financial planning and liquidity management. Model the timing of inventory purchases, receipts, and sales to forecast working capital requirements. Provide scenario analysis to assess the cash impact of changes in buying strategies, seasonal flows, and wholesale commitments. Process & Tools Contribute to the ongoing improvement of planning tools, reporting systems, and forecasting processes. Ensure accuracy and consistency across data sources and planning inputs. What you'll bring Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Merchandising, or a related field. 4-6 years of experience in Planning, FP&A, or related role in a retail or consumer business. Strong understanding of inventory planning, gross margin mechanics, and financial forecasting. Proficient in Excel and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI), Python and SQL a plus.
