As the Cleaner, you will be responsible for general housekeeping duties to maintain the cleanliness of the community. Build strong rapport with residents of the community. Clean offices, bathrooms, amenity spaces and common areas daily. Clean and organize the pool house. Tasks include straightening of the chairs on the pool deck, cleaning of the pool house public bathrooms (to include showers), and vacuuming and dusting of the amenity spaces attached to the pool house building. Remove used towels in the pool area and replace them with freshly laundered towels daily. Maintain all cleaning equipment and supplies. Assist in removing debris from outside public spaces, amenity spaces, and common area, and empty public trash cans. Clean elevator cab, lobby, and door tracks as regularly scheduled by the Maintenance Supervisor. Comply with all company policies/procedures and Fair Housing laws.
