Essential Duties

Pay
$15/hr
Responsibilities
Deep clean & maintain common areas, bathrooms, breakrooms, hallways, and office spaces;
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces in the facility and manufacturing areas/equipment as required;
Utilize provided cleaning equipment and chemicals;
Abide by all health and safety policies, practices, and procedures;
Lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift to move materials and carry supplies;
Perform physically repetitive tasks: work in a fast-paced environment, bending, lifting, pushing/pulling, using stairs, reaching, scrubbing, prolonged standing and walking;
Follow all company and site instructions and building protocols;
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous experience in industrialized or janitorial cleaning is considered an asset;
Availability to work overtime and on weekends;
Motivated and self-driven, with a willingness to learn;
Strong attention to detail;
Excellent communication skills;
Minimum High School level education;
Must be able to reliably commute to Gastonia, NC for work.
