Hours: Full Time (overtime when available) A typical shift will start sometime between 4 am and 10 am and 7 pm - 6 am and last 6-10 hours on average. Typically, you will clean 2 restaurants in one shift. Work needs to be done while the restaurants are closed, which for most customers is early morning / late night. There will be some jobs that need to be done during nighttime hours, but the vast majority of the work will be done at early morning.
