Department Information University Operations Job Summary The Custodian I serves as part of a team of 3-4 custodial staff. Each team is responsible for an assigned list of buildings and facilities in line with APPA standards for custodial services. This Custodian position will be based on Columbus State University's RiverPark campus. Responsibilities Significant Duties & Responsibilities include: Performs and ensures cleaning requests are completed properly and in accordance with APPA standards.; Assists in completing workloads for assigned buildings.; Responds to custodial emergencies as needed.; Serve as a brand ambassador of University Operations and Columbus State University.; Other duties may be assigned.
