Job Description TITLE: Custodian REPORTS: Building Superintendent/Assistant Program Director/Deputy Director of Operations/Facility Manager DEPARTMENT: Operations FLSA CODE: Non-exempt PROGRAM: OASAS Residential/ Supportive Housing MAJOR FUNCTIONS: The Custodial Worker is responsible for all custodial renovations, safety code and emergency situations in the facility.
