The Campus Facilities Management (CFM) team is seeking candidates to fill multiple Custodian II openings across the campus community. In CFM, our mission is to provide outstanding service, support, and safety for the university community through innovative and cooperative efforts promoting customer satisfaction and team pride. NATURE AND LEVEL OF WORK As a Custodian II, you will perform routine, manual work utilizing knowledge of various custodial materials, equipment, methods, and procedures used in maintaining clean, neat, and orderly buildings. This role involves cleaning and maintaining multiple campus structures, including parking garages, providing specialized services to the Chancellor's residence, and offering emergency support to the Special Work Assignment Team (SWAT). Duties may extend to the maintenance of designated buildings, routine repair of fixed equipment and buildings, and occasional support for large moves or campus events.
