What You Will Be Doing As a janitor floater you will perform a variety of cleaning tasks to keep our client buildings looking perfect. The successful candidate will be flexible with their availability, have a reliable vehicle, and a valid driver's license. This role will require you to service buildings in the Denver Metro area and Colorado Springs. Your work assignment is communicated to you daily prior to your shift; some assignments may be up to 1-hour away. This position supports our operations in the Denver Metro area and Colorado Springs. Though not often, you may need to drive to Colorado Springs as business needs dictate. Janitor Floater Duties and Responsibilities: * Service different buildings daily, as assigned by your supervisor or admin staff. * General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition. * Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors. * Clean and stock restrooms. * Ensure doors are locked after hours. * Clean up spills with appropriate equipment. * Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs. * Collect and dispose of trash. * Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision. * Keep cleaning supplies in stock. * Other duties, responsibilities, and activities as assigned by supervisor.
