Residential Cleaning Contractor in Denver and surrounding areas
Merit Maids
Janitor job in Denver, CO
Job Description
Run Your Cleaning Business Without Dealing with Customers
Maybe you started cleaning homes because it was therapeutic for you. But now, it's gotten out of control and you're tired of dealing with the “business” side of your cleaning business.
What if you consistently received an email labeled “
You Have a New Booking
” without paying for Google ads, putting up flyers, asking for referrals, convincing Facebookers that your cleaning business is legit, or making cold calls?
What if there was a partnership that took care of all the marketing and customer service, but didn't gouge your profits like Thumbtack and HomeAdvisor?
Introducing, Merit Maids the cleaning referral service that partners with small cleaning businesses instead of competing with them.
What does it pay?
As a contractor, you receive a set commission for each job, which varies depending on speed, but typically averages to around $25-$30 per cleaner, per hour.
Why work with us?
Merit Maids operates as a referral agency and not an employer. Therefore, your taxes will not be withheld, you'll receive a 1099, and be responsible for filing your own taxes.
Think Angie's List or Thumbtack without any of the ridiculous fees.
Simply let us know your preferences and availability, then we will assign you cleanings within your preferred time frame. Grow your cleaning business without spending outlandish amounts of money on marketing.
Flexible schedule - You tell us when you're available and we'll fill your schedule with cleanings.
No customer service - Never deal with a frustrated customer again. We'll handle every Karen and Kyle situation - all you need to do is clean.
No competitive agreements - Continue working with your current clients while increasing your own customer base. We're partners, not competitors.
Grow your business - Quickly increase your income without paying for marketing or handling estimates.
No more marketing - Our team takes care of obtaining more clients through our professional marketing strategies so you can focus on cleaning.
Competitive commission - Our percentage-based commission allows more money-making opportunities in direct relation to your cleaning efficiency.
Quality bonus - Get paid to go the extra mile. Enjoy cash bonuses with our weekly quality incentives.
How do I check my schedule?
We use a scheduling app on our phones, where you can easily pull up your daily schedule.
How do I get paid?
We pay using direct deposit to your bank account. We use a digital payroll system where you'll be able to see your weekly payment and pay stubs.
Job requirements:
Authorized to work in the US
Ability to pass a criminal background check
General knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and techniques for cleaning
Access to internet and smartphone with texting, camera, and GPS
Proof of General Liability insurance and Worker's Comp.
Ability to complete Deep, Standard, and Vacation Rental Cleaning Tasks such as mopping, polishing, scrubbing, and other physically demanding cleaning tasks.
