The cGMP Cleaner, internally known as a Lab Tech II, will provide 3rd shift cGMP cleaning requirements and sterile and non-sterile garment stocking for our ISO Class rooms and Controlled Non-Classified Lab Areas.
Hours: 5x8 hours days 10:30pm- 7:00am (mandatory 1 weekend day a week)
Training hours: 1st three weeks Monday- Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
Responsibilities
• Performs sanitary cleaning activities as defined by established operating procedures and as directed by Manager/Supervisor
• Performs sterile and non-sterile stocking, staging and shifting (FIFO) of usable garments for multiple gowning rooms
• Maintains accurate and complete records
• Attends and completes all training required by Company SOPs, procedures and policies
• Maintains accurate and complete inventory of cleaning supplies ensuring supplies are never depleted
• Reviews and provides signatory signoff of documentation
• Provides accurate and complete assistance to other Departments as needed
• Works in a safe and effective manner in accordance with all company, state and federal rules and regulations
• Perform any other tasks/duties as assigned by management

Basic Requirements: AA Degree OR High School Degree with 1+ years of operations and/or pharmaceutical / biotechnology and/or manufacturing experience Physical Environment and Physical Requirements:

CONTENTS SPECIALIST Rainbow International is looking for a contents specialist to help us with clients who have had a fire or water loss in their home which then requires that all of the contents of their home be packed up and brought to our facility so their home can be repaired. A contents technician completes the following:
Completes an inventory of all of the client's items in their home or business (we work in Harford, Baltimore, Cecil, York and Delaware areas), including those that are damaged beyond repair and those that will be packed up and sent to our facility.
These items are wrapped to prevent damage and then boxed up and loaded in to wooden vaults by our trucks by our moving crew.
Our moving crew unloads from the truck in vaults and brings them into our cleaning facility where the vaults are unloaded by our contents crews and either dry-cleaned or wet-cleaned to bring them back to pre-loss condition
Items are carefully wrapped and repackaged, items are scanned back into the inventory program and shown as restored
Items are brought back to the client's home where the vaults are unloaded by our moving crew.
We also complete ‘on-site' cleaning where the damage is not so extensive, but we clean contents and the structure (walls, floors, ceilings) at the loss site when the insureds are able to stay in their home.
The Contents Specialist should be able to:
Treat other peoples possessions like they are your own, exercising care when wrapping, boxing and cleaning. This is critical.
Be able to lift 50 pounds. We don't expect you to be loading trucks and taking sofa's down the stairs, but you should be able to lift boxes that could be this heavy, though that would be rare.
Work with our contents app, iCat which does all of our inventory management. You will be taught how to use it, and we expect you to be able to use this very simple program in a few days time. Checking your work for accuracy and the quality of pictures is very important
Be able to get yourself to work on time and have a clean driving record. Along with this goes a clean background check revealing no felony convictions.

Clean and disinfect kitchen equipment, including ovens, stoves, fryers, and countertops.
Remove trash, recyclables, and food waste in accordance with company and health department guidelines.
Replenish cleaning supplies, paper products, and sanitizers as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation protocols , including proper use of cleaning chemicals and PPE.
Report any maintenance or repair needs (e.g., leaks, broken fixtures, or faulty equipment) to management.
Follow company policies regarding workplace safety and adhere to all OSHA standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred, particularly in a restaurant, hotel, or industrial setting .
Ability to work overnight shifts with minimal supervision.
Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitization standards, and proper chemical usage .
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Physical ability to stand, bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment .
