Job Description JOB FUNCTION: To clean and maintain entire maintenance department, including the Mechanical, Paint & Body and Fabrication shops. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Clean all office and common areas. 2. Empties all trash containers daily. 3. Sweep all carpet daily. 4. Wet mop hard flooring daily. 5. Cleans benches and floors. 6. Stock kitchens. 7. High School Diploma or equivalent. 2. Some High School Education acceptable. 3. Ability to work in a highly detailed and safe manner. 4. Ability to operate forklift and floor cleaning equipment. 5.
