Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the respective facility.
The following are key responsibilities associated with this position:
Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.
Gather and empty trash. (facility and perimeter)
Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.
This is a Mon-Fri position, typically 4pm-12:30am (which includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break) though the hours may vary slightly on certain days. Applicant must receive favorable background and drug screen results and meet eligibility requirements for access to government facilities. Preferred experience:

$18.21 an hour plus
Health and Welfare - $4.93 an hour up to 40 hours a week, these monies are intended to pay for benefits.

PURPOSE
The janitor is responsible for cleaning buildings, removing debris, and keeping areas neat and tidy. Vacuums and buffs floors, shampoo carpets, empty trash receptacles, and replace the lining of trash cans.
