Responsible for enforcing and practicing safety rules and company policy.
Responsible for the completion and submission to the Tank Wash Manager of all cleaning orders
Tank Entry Policy
Accountable for personal compliance with all company policies including:
Quality Cleaning Policies
Respirator Policy
Hazardous Waste Disposal Policy
Ensure that each cleaning order is completed correctly per company instructions
Ensure that each cleaning order is signed by the cleaner performing that clean.
Job Requirements Include:
Tank Cleaning Experience Preferred
High School Diploma/GED.
Must be able to pass a respirator fit test and wear as normal duties. (Clean Shave)
Knowledge and understanding of DOT, HOS & FMCSA standards

Perform general cleaning duties in office spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and break areas
Empty trash bins and replace liners
Refill soap dispensers, paper towels, and other supplies as needed
Dust and clean office furniture, including desks, chairs, filing cabinets, and shelves
Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
Vacuum carpets and rugs, and spot clean when necessary
Sweep and mop hard floor surfaces
Wipe down and sanitize frequently touched surfaces such as door handles, light switches, and elevator buttons
Clean and organize conference rooms and meeting spaces
Perform deep cleaning tasks on a rotating schedule
Report any damages, malfunctions, or safety hazards to the supervisor
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition
Follow proper safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
Adhere to client-specific cleaning requirements and schedules
Qualifications and Skills
Previous experience in commercial or office cleaning is preferred but not required
Proficiency in general cleaning techniques and knowledge of office cleaning protocols
Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and carpet extractors
Knowledge of proper chemical handling and safety procedures
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills in English
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods
Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts as required

AVERAGE WEEKLY STARTING WAGE IS $400 - $500/week! PAY WILL INCREASE BASED ON PERFORMANCE.
