Working Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm. One weekend per month Sat/Sun 4 hours each day-rotational holidays. The candidate as needed will be scheduled to work at the Saint Albans, VT facility.
Minimum (2) years' experience in general commercial or government building cleaning including sanitizing. This role collaborates with the maintenance department, Property Manager(s), and other team members to ensure properties are ready for new residents and adhere to Stone & Browning's cleanliness and presentation standards. Travel would be required as we have offices in Berlin & Burlington.
Your day-to-day will include:

Provide high-quality cleaning services for third-party clients
Conduct scheduled cleaning services for current residents
Maintain the cleanliness of shared spaces, such as hallways, lobbies, and laundry rooms

We are seeking to hire a Day Porter/General Cleaner. You will be responsible for vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal rest room and break room cleaning and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance and is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.
Job Requirements
* Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
* Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
* Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
* Janitor experience a plus but will train.
* Reliable Transportation.

Part Time Cleaning Position Available in Brattleboro, Vermont
Evening Hours, Flexible Schedule, Weekly Pay, 4 Hours per Week
The Cleaner is responsible for keeping assigned buildings clean, disinfected, and in an orderly condition.
Typical duties include: Dispose of trash and recyclables, high and low dusting, glass cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and sanitation/disinfecting of surfaces and restrooms.
Schedule: Tuesday & Friday, approx. 2 hours each night, flexible schedule between the hours of 6pm-midnight
