Maintain landscaping and gutter area clean of debris, remove debris outside of facility, including but not limited to the patio, picnic areas, sidewalks and parking lots as needed. Handle, store, and track lubricants, oils, and absorbents safely and in compliance with environmental and safety policies. Perform visual checks for leaks, wear, or damage on equipment and report findings. Keep maintenance and lubrication areas clean, organized, and properly stocked. Support maintenance team by performing simple upkeep tasks such as tightening bolts, changing filters, or wiping down machine exteriors. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in our facilities. Responsibilities: * Clean kitchen equipment (hoods connected to stoves) * Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas * Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors * Dust and wipe down surfaces * Empty trash and recycling bins * Restock supplies as needed * Report any maintenance or repair needs to management Requirements: * Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks * Good communication skills * Physical ability to lift and move equipment and supplies * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Successful candidate will be coached on cleaning locations in Cheshire, CT. Vacuuming, mopping, restrooms, trash removal, cleaning entry doors, etc. Covering on teams when associates are not able to work. Doing detail work at various offices. Base hours are 6pm to 9pm Tuesday and Thursday. Other positions open with additional days and hours. Additional hours will be available as this location increases its daily workload. References preferred. Must be able to pass a standard background check.
