Empty trash cans at Shipping/Receiving, Tool Maintenance, Production floor, Office, Production Control Office, and QA. Clean all exterior walls, windows, doors and steps. Assist with the maintenance of the oil/sludge separation system Assist in maintaining and raising the flags. Clean machines in die maintenance area and production areas. Maintain cleanliness of rest rooms. Clean light fixtures with use of lift. Perform routine duties as assigned, (i.e. painting, clean-up of spills, assisting production). Accurate recording of time including time-clock, job activities, and other data entry. Assist in basic preventive maintenance activities such as applying grease or oil to designated equipment points on a weekly or monthly schedule. Handle, store, and track lubricants, oils, and absorbents safely and in compliance with environmental and safety policies. Perform visual checks for leaks, wear, or damage on equipment and report findings. Keep maintenance and lubrication areas clean, organized, and properly stocked. Support maintenance team by performing simple upkeep tasks such as tightening bolts, changing filters, or wiping down machine exteriors.
