Job Requirements
The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.

The Maintenance Persons responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Filtering oil fryers daily
Maintaining outside grounds
Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
Take out and empty trash compactor
Change light bulbs
Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris

Job DescriptionJanitorial Positions - Full Time & Part Time
General Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop, reach high and low, a professional demeanor at all times, no visible tattoos or willing to cover them during work time, excellent attendance, and the ability to work at a fast/urgent pace. Ability to empty trash/recycling and take it to the dumpsters, clean restrooms, clean lobbies, clean offices, dust, vacuum, mop, sweep, clean bathrooms, and other general cleaning duties as needed/assigned.
Maintenance/Day Porter
Monday thru Friday 5 :00 am and 2:00 pm
$17.50 per hour
Full-Time
Job Site: Route position, Warehouse, shopping center, groundskeeping (offices, public spaces)
Evening Janitorial
Monday thru Friday 6 :00 pm and 11:00 pm
$16.00 per hour
Part-Time
Job Site: School (offices,, classrooms, public areas)

• Follows procedures for cleaning and disinfecting.

• Maintain supplies and equipment in a neat and orderly fashion.

Hourly Compensation Range: $17.00-$18.00 depending on experience.
