Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural, and finishes).
Respond to work orders and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
Complete repairs such as door hardware adjustments, ceiling tile replacement, light fixture maintenance, drywall patching, and minor carpentry.
Coordinate with subcontractors or vendors for specialized maintenance tasks.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service records, and daily reports.
Assist project managers and superintendents with warranty work and post-construction punch lists.
Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Communicate with clients and office staff regarding project status, timelines, and needed materials.

RN patient ratios range from 1:1 to 1:4, depending on acuity
12-hour variable shifts are required, with options for 36 or 48-hour contracts
Care is provided using EPIC EMR, with Alaris pumps and Omnicell medication dispensing systems
Floating may be required to PICU, Pediatrics, Postpartum, Newborn Nursery, or for adult constant observation overflow
Weekend rotations are not required, but travelers may work mostly weekends
On-call is required only for low census situations
Holiday work is expected for 2 out of 4 major holidays
Responsibilities include advanced neonatal care and collaboration on delivery attendance
Unit support includes a charge nurse, CNA, respiratory therapy, 24/7 neonatologists, NNP coverage, a transport team, and lactation consultants

Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
Experience in commercial construction is required
Understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction
Proficient in using hand and power tools
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Must be willing to do inside and outside work
Willing to work in all weather conditions
Ability to work well in a team environment
Must be available for some travel outside of Sioux Falls (about 20%)

*Collections Specialist- Weekly Pay- Start ASAP* *Pay: $20-$22/hour* *Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 am- 5 pm* As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for investigating, documenting, and resolving compliance issues by interpreting and applying company agreements. You will examine detailed financial data to evaluate account status and determine appropriate actions, utilizing skip-tracing methods and online research tools to locate merchants with overdue accounts.
*Responsibilities:*

* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and standard office equipment.

*Work Environment:*
This role primarily involves making outbound and inbound calls for 4.5 to 7.5 hours daily, in a mostly sedentary position. The team embraces a 'work hard, play hard' culture with a collaborative spirit, engaging in regular meetings and team activities. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
