Production Scheduler - A shift Purpose and Scope/General Summary: The JBS Greeley Beef team is seeking a Production Scheduler. This role will be based at out of our Beef processing facility in Greeley, CO. Responsibilities:
Daily creation and distribution of Fab Makesheets and Offal Makesheets.
Adjust cattle in Quintiq based on availability in inventory and forecasts from grading for the day.
Fix order shortages in Quintiq, subbing product, prorating or moving orders, etc.
Upload make sheet information to Shop Floor.
Manage inventory levels to ensure proper product rotation and prevent old age
Spend time in the fab and offal floors following up on make sheets and receiving feedback on ways to improve efficiency and make sheet accuracy
Engage with pricing and sales to resolve shortages
Work with the shipping team to provide direction on order shortages, product subs, late loads
Addressing over makes, adding product to orders, reducing products on the make sheets, etc.
Work closely with corporate schedulers regarding new products and set ups, forecast adjustments, order changes, new sales opportunities, order shortages, and any other communication as needed
Troubleshoot problems and concerns from the corporate office and sales
Arrange for appropriate reports to transmit to corporate office daily
Work towards improving Order Fill and Make Sheet Accuracy
Receiving feedback and taking action to improve Hyrum efficiency
Any other tasked assigned by manager
Qualifications:
Knowledge of Harvest/Offal/Fabrication products preferred
Above average skills in Microsoft Office (Excel)

Qualifications:
4-5 years of experience in Scheduling and Demand Planning, Production, and/or Analytics strongly preferred

As a Senior Food Scientist, you will be responsible for the development of new products and improvement of existing products. You will be the technical expert engaging in customer and cross-functional conversations related to product development. The Logistics Specialist is responsible for logistics which includes coordination with steamship lines, customs, USDA, inspection/warehouse locations, our sales teams and trucking/dray companies. Responsibilities:

+ Book steamship line carrier. Logistics coordinator is responsible for determining carrier based on rate, availability, and customer service provided
+ Coordinate deliveries of full and partial truckloads to trans-load facilities. Decisions will be based off offacility costs, port congestion, and steamship line rate
+ Confirms load details in transportation system/s, and then releases orders to the inspection facility, and send freezer prints.
+ File shipment on Automated Export System (AES) for government requirements
+ Monitor containers throughout inland and ocean voyages. Confirms customs clearance with Customers upon arrival to destination.
+ Stay current on the constantly changing government requirements of international business/markets.
+ Responsible for daily crisis-management and rescheduling shipments if needed

Qualifications:
