Position Summary
This position is responsible for planning and regulating machine parts and current inventory level. This role ensures that each day's scheduled run of parts occurs without incident. The individual is responsible for assisting Production Control management and Manufacturing management to achieve its daily targets by keeping up with demand, forecasting needs, and managing/building strong relationships with JCB North America's suppliers and vendors.

Plan individual part parameters to meet corporate goals of inventory levels
Manage and coordinate a large number of supplier and vendors
Manage and coordinate a large volume of parts on a daily basis
Monitor supplier performance for timely shipping and parts supply
Liaise with other areas to ensure resolution of any known supplier/material issues
Expedite parts as required due to inventory loss or discrepancy, quality rejects, misusage, etc.
Coordinate and follow up of purchase orders
Monitor delivery schedules and review orders
Monitor production rates and raw material prices, contacting vendors and checking inventories.
Manages inventory levels, schedules and availability of selected item, either manufactured or purchased, to meet production schedules.
Analyze and resolve scheduling issues that would cause production delays.
Collaborate with manufacturing personnel, the purchasing department and supervisors on material status and production planning issues.
Keeps up with demand, forecasts needs to ensure JCB is able to meet set deadlines and goals
Determine and decide how much inventory should be kept on hand to limit overstock issues in the production area
Conduct periodic checks of inventory
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma
2+ years of experience in inventory control, planning or expediting for a manufacturing facility

Position Purpose
This role is an opportunity to support the Direct Sales Department for the North American market by setting market-based pricing for machines. This role will manage the pricing strategy to optimize market share and meet company sales goals while maintaining profitability.
This person will be the primary point of contact between our company and our Direct Sales customers and field sales staff as potential customers to identify and facilitate sales of JCB products & services. This individual will be able to accept ownership for in bound and out bound communication, effectively manipulate complaints and inquiries keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. This role is based in Savannah, GA.

Work Environment
As part of JCB's Direct Sales team you will work closely with our field-based support team and our internal sales team to deliver a successful pricing structure to achieve business objectives. You will be supported by a welcoming team that will help you.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities
Handles all customer inquiries and responds within twenty-four hours
Serves as a primary point of contact for the field sales staff to resolve customer order inquiries
Supports Direct Sales Account customer “open houses” and events
Performs projects for the Direct Sales Team as required
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree

Position Purpose
In this role, the EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) Manager will provide leadership and support for the EHS programs at JCB North America Headquarters. The EHS Manager develops, implements, supports, and administers site safety programs ensuring the plant complies with applicable health and safety corporate initiatives, laws, regulations, and to achieve an injury-free work environment.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities
Ensures compliance with OSHA requirements and JCB's health and safety program requirements.
Serves as lead for specific safety programs to implement and sustain requirements and training.
Integrates continuous improvements in safety systems and helps drive employee engagement to achieve desired results.
Collaborates with JCB employees to identify and implement improvements driving overall reduction in hazards through the use of programs such as Safe Work Observations, Hazard Recognition and Ergonomic Evaluations
Conduct EHS related inspections and audits, generate reports and communicate findings.
Provide day-to-day technical safety and health advice and consultation to employees and contractors
Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with all levels of management, peers, and employees
Work closely with all department managers and employees to drive, build and sustain a healthy safety culture
Work and communicate with injured employees, medical professionals, claims staff and others to obtain the necessary information to ensure best interest of employees and the company are met
Manage the development, implementation, and delivery of EHS related training programs, including new hire and refresher training for all employees as needed
Serve as incident commander during fire and/or medical emergency responses
Other duties as assigned.

The Customs and Trade Compliance Manager will provide expertise and oversight of a broad range of import, export, trade remedies, origin determination, customs valuation, anti-dumping and countervailing duty and other trade compliance activities.
Monitor and keep current on the rapidly changing trade environment, trade-related regulatory and legislative changes, customs rulings, and court decisions; communicate impact to the business and take appropriate actions to protect and deliver benefit to the business.
This role focuses on mitigating risk, monitoring regulatory changes, and developing and enhancing the company's trade compliance framework. Develop and implement trade compliance risk mitigation programs and strategy.
Perform and manage import/export audit program, implement scorecard to measure customs and trade compliance, execute after action review to determine root cause and implement corrective actions.
Manage and communicate with U.S Customs & Border Protection and other governmental departments to resolve import and export issues. Create response to CF28, CF29, and other requests.
This position requires a manager with strong knowledge of customs valuation, origin determination, AD/CVD investigations, has robust analytical skills to scrutinize case scope to determine applicability.
This role will be responsible for the development, execution, and maintenance of the U.S compliance program.
Ensure company compliance with all applicable customs and trade regulations, enforce compliance, create, and deploy policies and procedures, deliver training, develop, and drive process improvements and to optimize duty reduction with all available duty mitigation programs.
Drive cost savings and efficiencies through continuous improvement and effective management of trade compliance program, efficient internal processes, free trade utilization, return goods provisions, section 301, etc.
Classify goods and maintain databases for all products.
Provide subject matter expert advice and guidance regarding all aspects of trade compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and supply chain, to ensure trade compliance requirements are integrated into business operations.
Minimum Qualifications

This position is responsible for performing fabrication operations and activities involved in the production of Skid Steers, Backhoe Loaders and other units of equipment that are manufactured at JCB North America headquarters.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities
Perform general labor operations such as load/unload parts, grinding, scraping and nibbling fabrications
Operate fabrication fixtures
Perform general labor operations such as load/unload parts, in a press brake
Able to perform semi-automatic GMAW (MIG) welding; Shielded Metal Arc welding and TIG welding
Apply Problem Solving Tools and Techniques to assist Fabrication in the elimination of defects
Minimum Qualifications
Two years of experience in fabrication or related field
High school diploma
Must pass applicable drug screens, background checks and pre-employment tests as applicable
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in welding technology
Five years of experience in fabrication or related field
Experience in heavy equipment manufacturing
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Competencies
Keen vision and mental alertness are required
Knowledge and ability to perform bending processes or the demonstrated ability to learn
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Detail oriented
Multi-task while maintaining a sense of urgency
Flexibility with work activities; available for overtime
Ability to operate the JCB range of equipment or demonstrated ability to learn
Operate the following equipment: grinders, manual, semi-automatic and robotic welding machines, bending presses, lasers and various hand tools
Must wear Personal Protective Equipment as required
