J.D. Power CEO and leadership

Joseph DaMour is an international C-level executive with extensive sales, marketing, manufacturing, and international experience in growth and restructuring settings. He is the senior vice president of finance at McGraw Hill Financial. DaMour’s work experience includes over 20 years at executive level, over 10 years at C-level, and more than 15 years living and working outside the United States in Western Europe, Brazil, and China. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science as well as an MBA in finance from the University of Michigan.

Prior to joining Olympus, Mr. Cimmet was Global Head of Strategy and Business Development and a member of the Executive Committee of Arysta LifeScience Corporation, a global agrochemicals company based in Tokyo, Japan. At Arysta LifeScience, Mr. Cimmet was responsible for the execution and integration of acquisitions, business strategy and other growth initiatives. Before that, Mr. Cimmet was a Vice President in the Investment Banking division of Goldman Sachs, based in San Francisco, where he was a senior member of the M&A advisory team focusing on the technology sector.

Rochelle Matson is a Chief People Officer at J.D. Power and is based in Costa Mesa, California. She has worked as Global SR HRBP at Broadcom Inc., Vice President Global Human Resources at J.D. Power, and Sr. Human Resources Division Manager at APPLIED MATERIALS INC /DE. Rochelle attended California State University San Marcos.
