In addition, the Director conducts in-depth market research to uncover trends and emerging needs, providing strategic insights to refine product offerings continually. Effective collaboration with the product development, marketing, and technical teams ensures seamless integration and sales alignment. Utilizing data analytics, the director monitors sales performance, prepares forecasts, and adapts strategies to stay competitive, while remaining informed on innovations in mobility and automation to propose strategic adaptations in sales approaches and product offerings. This role includes a global scope that includes customers and partner management. In addition to traditional sales, the Director will also spearhead business operations, including but not limited to orders and invoices, renewals, and partner management. Technical Environment: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools. Understanding of supply chain management solutions and related technology platforms. Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and AI-driven technologies is an advantage. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 15+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a technology or supply chain-focused company.
