Experienced Chief Executive Officer with a 20 year demonstrated history of working in the individual and family social services industry. Skilled in Management, Strategic Planning, Leadership, Healthcare, Project Management, Quality Assurance and Regulation Compliance. Strong business development professional with a Master of Arts - MA focused in Leadership from Augsburg University. Currently, I am responsible for executive oversight of agency operations and department supervisors including; carrying out the responsibilities associated with the management and provision of all services; fiscal operations; creation, establishment and implementation of personnel policies; development of policies relating to mandated reporting requirements; quality assessment and performance improvement strategy. I have extensive experience facilitating the action of a leadership team weaving the capabilities of people, processes and technology to assure strategic planning, risk mitigation and business and service delivery best practices with input from external advisors including our CPA firm, legal firm, external auditors, international accrediting body, insurance brokers, retirement plan and benefit advisors, and executive leadership coach.
