**SCHEDULE:** Thursday - Saturday 2000-0800 **REQUIREMENTS:** Must have previous call center experience, also dispatcher experience is a plus! **JOB SUMMARY:** Provides centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording, alarm monitoring of intrusion detection systems, and emergency dispatch, incident reporting and analysis, and remote alarm panel programming.

**1** . Monitors the Inspection Service's national radio traffic, records events, provides information requested by radio users
2. Monitors intrusion detection systems using automated alarm monitoring software, initiates internal or police response based on defined criteria, accurately captures event information, confirms accuracy of data recorded in the alarm database, interacts with postal employees including postal inspectors, postal customers, and police departments
3. Monitors and processes after-hours phone traffic
4. Carries out specific tasks and duties of a similar nature and scope as required for the assigned site
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY**

**Education/Experience:**
**-** Must have high school diploma or GED
- Call center experience required

The Dispatcher is responsible for sourcing, ordering, receiving, and having parts delivered to technicians in an accurate and timely manner. Provides effective leadership, direction and motivation for all technician staff in order to insure that all customer vehicles repairs are completed in a timely manner according to Company standards.
Responsibilities
Take the necessary actions to meet daily/weekly/monthly goals and objectives.
Initiate or suggest plans to motivate paint shop employees to achieve work goals.
Monitor the individual performance of the technician production staff on a regular basis.
Compare invoices against requisitions to verify quality and quantity of merchandise.
Follow up on parts back orders and document actions in management system.
Coordinate returns and credits of parts and insure they are picked up daily.
Provide the A/P Dept. with the POP invoices for appropriate purchases.
Return and reorder damaged or defective parts.
Contact vendors for credits and process appropriately.
Reshuffle routes as necessary and provide feedback to dispatcher so technicians are notified as to routing changes.
Field ETA calls from the customers (directly) and advise as to status.
Inventory Management
OE Parts / Special Order
Order parts from select vendors
Follow up with vendors on ETA dates to ensure parts arrive on schedule.
Contact consumer when parts arrive and schedule for installation.
Secure vendor invoices from vendor/shop and provide copies to A/P.
Qualifications
Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls and emails
Strong computer knowledge and data entry skills
Ability to work some Saturdays and work overtime as necessary
Auto Parts and/or Dispatch experience is highly desirable
Ability to understand and manage inventory concepts, profit and loss statements

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOUSEKEEPING DISPATCHER/ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER
The Housekeeping Dispatcher/Administrative Manager is responsible for scheduling the work activities of the Guest Room Attendants and Hotel Housemen and other housekeeping support personnel to ensure proper staffing levels are maintained consistently.
Communicates via radio dispatch to staff to respond to special service requests, emergencies, etc. Assigns duties in coordination with Housekeeping Manager and Shift Supervisors with a balanced rooms/floor assignment per team member. Dispatch QA Inspectors to the requisite number of room/area inspections to be performed daily.
Receive facility related work order requests and dispatch to facilities maintenance team. Receive cleaning related work orders (ex.: spill/extraction requests, etc.) and dispatch specialty projects/heavy duty cleaning personnel to take corrective action. Close out work orders as they are completed and inspected for quality control.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A HOUSEKEEPING DISPATCHER / ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER
Possess a good command of the English language (bi-lingual is a plus) and ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate with guests and team members
Knowledge of hotel services
Must have professional image and personality exuding confidence and leadership skills
Ability to focus attention to details and be able to organize, prioritize and follow up
Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of all guests and general hotel information
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if necessary
Work experience in housekeeping dispatch/scheduler/administrator or similar role
Excellent organizational and team management skills
Job Duties:
Customer Service: Responds promptly to customer needs, requests for service and assistance. Respond to special requests from guests.
Team Work: Treats people with respect. Keeps commitments. Upholds organizational values. Assists with preventative cleaning programs as assigned.
