Role Summary
The Estimating Manager 1 will prepare cost estimates for competitive bids and negotiated proposals, develop more economical ways to construct projects and provide comprehensive deliverables for major estimates. This position will be responsible for applying JE Dunn processes and tools to develop project estimates. All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, vision and values of JE Dunn.

Key Role Responsibilities - Core
ESTIMATING FAMILY - CORE
* Performs quantity survey of materials shown on project plans.
* Reads and outlines project specifications.
* Maintains an audit trail of the quantity survey from estimate to estimate.
* Supports vendor/subcontractor pricing/bid solicitation and coordination.
* Supports the distribution of plans and specifications to vendors/subcontractors.
* Works collaboratively and creates relationships with a variety of stakeholders, such as project team members, subcontractors, vendors and clients.

In addition, this position will be responsible for the following:
* Prepares complex cost estimates for competitive bids and negotiated proposals.
* Prepares material and other costs summary for quotes from vendors.
* Tracks value creation items from development through inclusion and documents in project documentation.
* Develops and manages scopes of work for all trades, including responsibility matrix, distribution of plans and specifications, and pricing, bid solicitation and coordination for vendors and subcontractors.
* Utilizes knowledge of the project schedule and logistics in project estimates.
* Assists with system analysis of building components and MEP systems and assists operations staff on project logistics, staging, phasing plans, and coordination.
* Coordinates bid day summaries, general requirements and participates in project procurement presentations.
* Collaborates with operations and field staff to develop more economical ways to construct projects during the preconstruction process.
* Provides professional and comprehensive deliverables at the completion of each major estimate.
* Improves project profitability opportunities by applying basic understanding of insurance structures, fees and rates.

Scheduling will be of commercial projects within our core markets: Healthcare, Advanced Technology, Life Sciences, Higher Education and Corporate Office. Schedulers will work closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, Estimators and Regional Leadership teams and will be responsible for the following:

Ability to integrate the schedule and BIM model using 4D tools is a plus.
Provide risk management input on key schedule milestones.
Alert entire project team, including owner, to potential problem areas or deviations from the plan. Assist in development of recovery plans, mitigation options, or delay analysis.
Create variance reports, graphics, and narratives to highlight issues or conflicts.
Create visual references / diagrams / graphics using schedule data to further describe the project plan, current status, and upcoming scopes of work.
Ability to help guide teams with vertical alignment between the P6 schedule and any outside form of detailed tracking such as procurement logs or level 4 & 5 commitment based construction tools.
Understanding of CPM, LBMS and Takt scheduling theory, level of detail, and execution.
Experience with Smartsheet is a plus.

Lead and live EIG's injury-free environment culture.
Lead pre-qualification processes for EIG.

Responsibilities
Support the overall Field Technology services across the Tampa business unit and designated projects
Support existing conditions and as-built surveys for upcoming and current projects throughout the region.
Support and/or perform initial surveying & field layout activities with robotic total stations to support field validation, quality control, and quality assurance.
Perform construction building layout with robotic total stations to support field validation, quality control, and quality assurance.

This person serves as a subject matter expert (SME) for manufacturing and prefabrication processes-translating core business and operational challenges from DBC, SurePods, EIG Modular, OES, and PAFs into practical, high-impact solutions that improve visibility, efficiency, and integration with DPR's broader technology ecosystem.
This role bridges business operations and technical design to build and implement scalable technology solutions across DPR's manufacturing and assembly operations. Acting as both a technical solution designer and implementation lead, this role ensures that digital tools, data structures, and workflows are designed and executed to reflect how work actually happens on the shop floor and in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture
* Design end-to-end technology solutions that streamline all aspects of the prefabrication lifecycle.
* Collaborate with Program Managers and Business Analysts to define business requirements and translate them into functional designs.
* Develop and maintain system architecture diagrams, data flow maps, and integration plans between enterprise in conjunction with the DPR Technology and Innovation (T&I) team's enterprise architecture group.
* Prioritize efforts based on Prefab Leadership's current goals and initiatives. Maintain initiatives with updates, schedules and current scope documents.Evaluate "build vs. buy" options, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with the Prefab Entities technology roadmap.
* Provide technical direction and guidance to developers, vendors, and system administrators during implementation.
Implementation Leadership
* Lead the implementation phase of technology initiatives-responsible for turning solution designs into working, validated systems.
* Depending on the initiative, manage internal and external resources or directly perform the configuration, integration, and testing work required to bring the solution to life.
* Coordinate activities across prefabrication shop-floor teams, vendors, and DPR's technology staff to ensure accurate setup, testing, and validation.
* Partner with Program Manager to plan implementation scope, milestones, and resources based on initiative complexity and scale.
* Maintain productive vendor relationships, licensing needs/allocations, and contractual obligations.
* Resolve technical and operational issues encountered during implementation, escalating where appropriate.
Functional Expertise & Business Partnership
* Serve as a manufacturing and prefab SME, ensuring technology decisions align with production realities and lean manufacturing principles.
* Partner closely with operations teams to understand workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and validate solutions.
* Facilitate working sessions and PAF/Prefab Entity onsite visits to ensure alignment between design intent and execution.
* Represent the prefab business in internal cross-functional technology discussions, advocating for operational needs within DPR enterprise initiatives.
Governance & Continuous Improvement
* Ensure solutions adhere to T&I's governance standards and documentation practices.
* Develop reusable templates, SOPs, and implementation playbooks to support scaling across entities.
* Gather feedback and lessons learned to inform future roadmap planning.
* Contribute to DPR's Prefab Entities Integrated Work Group (iWG) by sharing insights and fostering alignment across operations.
Qualifications
* 5-7+ years of experience in prefab, manufacturing, or construction operations, with at least 3 years in a technology implementation or systems design capacity.
* Deep understanding of production planning, MES/MRP/ERP systems, and manufacturing workflows (preferably in modular, componentized, or single-trade prefabrication environments).
* Hands-on experience implementing or integrating project management and MES systems such as CMiC, ACC, Offsight, Monday.com. Tekla PowerFab, or similar.
* Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to translate between operational and technical audiences.
* Proven ability to both lead and execute implementation work depending on project needs and available resources.

This role will primarily focus on aggregating and summarizing key metrics from across the organization, with a special emphasis on dashboards that support our Enterprise Goals & Objectives and other strategic initiatives.
This role will partner with our data analytics and engineering team members to identify the key metrics we want to move into our company-wide dashboards and assist in building the framework and consumption layers for ensuring our company-wide dashboards are aligned with more detailed workgroup specific dashboards.
Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership / Roadmap / Execution / Delivery
* Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders across all functional groups of DPR.
* Develop a deep understanding of their processes, tools, and goals, and be able to speak to how our developed KPIs speak to those goals.
* Create, maintain and communicate detailed schedules for this wide-ranging KPI development.
* Coordinate technical teams performing development of KPIs and communicate progress to business teams.

Visualization / Storytelling:
* Work with stakeholders to understand and align on business requirements

* Complete Ad-Hoc Analysis as required
Troubleshoot Issues / Failures:
* Identify root source of data integrity issues (report, DFL, data warehouse, source system)

Data Modeling and ETL:
* Create complex data models in visualization tool, and make transformations as needed
* Query Data Warehouse using SQL to quickly analyze datasets

* Work with Technical Analysts to build requirements for views in DBT and the data warehouse
Documentation
* Work with Data Engineering in the development and maintenance of the data catalog

* Follow, implement, and enhance data security and governance guidelines
* Create, maintain, and implement security for DFLs
* Review requests and grant access to DFLs, Reports, and Apps, as needed

Change Management
* Complete impact analysis on reports when changes are made to source systems or tables upstream

Qualifications
* Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related, plus five (5) years of experience in the application of data to solve problems, or Bachelor's degree in one of the above plus seven (7) years of experience.
* Proven track record of managing large-scale analytics projects spanning multiple functional groups.

The Internal Auditor independently and objectively plans, reviews and evaluates the project control activities and processes relating to DPR Construction's multi-million-dollar commercial construction projects. The Internal Auditor manages risk by working with DPR teams across the enterprise to monitor, analyze, define, or revise controls including but not limited to those that effect the construction project budgets, plans, schedules with the aim of delivering the project on-time and on budget. Specific duties include:
* Directly leads administrative staff within the function on project reviews and on ad-hoc projects;
* Assisting in developing the annual audit plan;
* Perform a wide range of reviews including; project, financial, operational, business process and ad-hoc, which will involve identifying and reviewing internal controls and assessing key risks;

* Review the change order process on projects where changes are requested, understanding the impact on schedule and budget and ensure they are evaluated accurately, changes are negotiated and resolved, and that the change is documented and communicated to the project team and owner;
* Review and analyze project forecasts and monitor owner allowances contingencies and resulting costs for DPR Construction to complete;
