Senior Housing Executive with over 26 years of multi-site responsibility in the Long Term Care and Hospitality industries. Throughout my career I have consistently delivered sustained operational improvement, earnings growth in a motivating, career fulfilling environment. I have broad executive operational experience to include operations, sales & marketing, merger and acquisition, investor relations, new product development, asset management, wellness and financial management. Additionally, I have extensive experience in pubic speaking in both nationally and internationally forums.

My professional experience began in the Hospitality Industry where I was a Department Manager for Hyatt Hotels and Resorts. I first transitioned to the Long Term Care Industry to embed a hospitality feel to CCRCs. Leadership skillsets between the Hospitality Industry and the Long Term Care Industry are nearly identical. A high regard for great Customer Service in a fast paced and challenging environment are not mutually exclusive to either the Hospitality or Long Term Care Industries.
