This role involves welding aluminum in a ship/boat building environment. Candidates must be proficient in reading blueprints, welding in multiple positions, and adhering to safety and quality standards. Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Establishes and maintains effective communication with patients, family members and other departments. Assist the front office staff as needed. Responds to patient questions and inquiries as required to maintain a high patient satisfaction level. Responsible for care and maintenance of equipment and keeping a safe and clean environment in the clinic as outlined in “Rehab tech duties list” Assists with supply inventorying and stocking and organization of clinic shelves/cabinets. Assists the Lead Rehab Tech with special projects. Maintains patient confidentiality. Assists all patients on rehabilitation floor. Assist with seamless and efficient clinic function and daily clinic flow. The job holder must demonstrate current competencies for job position. Requirements EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED required. Graduation from a technical program or BA in Kinesiology or Exercise Science is preferred. EXPERIENCE: One year experience, in an out-patient therapy clinic is preferred. KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of application of exercise as directed by therapist. Knowledge of clinic policies, procedures, regulations, safety/infection control, and quality control. Knowledge of how to use therapy equipment. Knowledge of medical terminology. SKILLS: Skill in application of exercise as directed by therapist.
