The primary function of the LeasingProfessional is to lease apartments and create a vital first impression for JAG Management Company.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Work Schedule:
Our leasing office is open Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM, and Saturdays, 10:00 AM-4:00 PM. One weekday off is provided each week to maintain a 40-hour schedule.
Evening and weekend availability may be required for resident events or based on the unique needs of the community.
Leasing Consultant| Education, Experience, and License Qualifications
Education:
High School or GED equivalent.
Experience:
One year of customer service experience, sales and/or apartment leasing is preferred but not required
Licenses & Certifications:
Valid Driver's License
A Certified Apartment LeasingProfessional Accreditation (CALP) is a plus
