Phil is a past board member and a member of the investment committee for the Baptist Health Foundation of San Antonio. He currently serves on the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business Accounting Advisory Council. Green graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin in 1977, earning a bachelor’s degree in accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
