Pros of working at Jefferson County Public Library

I have a great team and get to work out in the community to bring library services to those who don't or can't come to the library. Working mostly with children and teachers, I get to have an impact on their lives.

We have a myopic and dysfunctional administration that can make having a true impact difficult.
