Cons of working at Jefferson Industries Corporation

In times of uncertainty you lay your employees off with no pay except allowing them to use thier vacation/ sick time or unemployment and they need to keep thier sick time just for that sickness so they don't lose thier jobs if they don't have enough time. So many families affected and the company couldn't offer any hope. Also the way the message was delivered was cold.
