Utilize tools such as Email, Citrix, Cottage Hospital HMS or DHConnect along with other technology-based resources to gather and transfer data into the appropriate patient chart.
May transcribe patient notes and letters dictated by clinical providers. Goal is to transcribe notes within 24 hours of dictation.
Assist with clinical tracking by reviewing flow sheets to assure that correspondence has correct clinical notes.
Proactively improve workflow to minimize duplicate records and other errors, with a focus on constant, incremental improvement.
Supports other data entry staff by addressing issues or questions that may arise. This staff includes internal staff members and data entry clerks not directly affiliated with ACHS.

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Full and Part Time Housekeeping Inspector to join our team to ensure our guests receive the highest quality facilities, accommodations, and amenities at our resorts.
The Housekeeping Inspector, you will:
Inspection of all Units and Common Areas to ensure Resort Standards are met. Daily Inspection of Common Areas, Inspection of All units once cleaned, coordinate resources within department and assistant management as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Daily review of Housekeeping Work Chart to review and balance workload.
Common Areas
Responsible for Inspection of cleanliness of all Common Areas daily.
Check supplies in bathrooms and all flooring for cleanliness and safety.
Unit Inspection
Inspect Units following Housekeeper completion to verify meets Resort standards.
Complete required checklist on all units. Be prepared for spot cleaning as needed (always bring supplies).
Check each unit for cleanliness, kitchen inventory, closets for bedding and necessary supplies, heating/cooling and refrigerator settings.
Review unit for damages and report asap.
Call back housekeepers as needed to correct their work; request piecework chargeback if needed.
Communication with Department Managers, Front Desk and Unit Maintenance is essential for timely check-ins, repairs and guest services.
Clean Units as needed.
Stock and Clean Storage Areas, as needed.
Work with Housekeeping Management and Office staff for staff direction, daily organization, task streamlining and a positive work environment for all.

As a Ticket Checker, you will play an essential role in creating an experience of a lifetime for our guests on the Lift Experience Team. The Lift Experience Team's mission is to provide employees and guests with a seamless end-to-end experience from maze entrance to lift unloading. As a Ticket Checker, you will primarily work in the lift mazes by greeting guests by name and validating their access every time. Job Responsibilities:
