Repair any defects. Identify areas for improvement. • Perform Root Cause analysis for any quality related incident and provide countermeasure. • Support engineering with new equipment setup trials. • Communicate existing equipment failures with Team Leader and Assistant Manager. • Support QA during Quality incident investigation and countermeasure. • Perform cost reduction activities to reduce overall operating costs. Role and Responsibilities: Team Leaders are to maintain confidentiality of all information regarding associate performance and all other issues as directed by management. Ensure that all new associates have adequate training in their assigned work areas before being left alone to complete a task Work directly with quality associates when problems occur to prevent substandard parts from being shipped Investigate and resolve inventory issues as they arise Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure all required maintenance activities are performed daily including replacing threaders for driver checks biweekly.
